How fast can you deliver?
Next business day, where the truck can reach. Same-day where the route allows: order before 10 a.m. on a weekday that isn’t a holiday and we’ll confirm it. Same-day delivery is $220 for the first unit and $30 for each additional unit, instead of the usual $95 and $30. Delivery and pickup are one charge, and it covers both.
How does billing work, and how do I end a rental?
We save your card or bank account when you book; nothing is charged until delivery. At delivery we charge delivery and your first 28 days (from a personal bank account, on the date in our notice, at least 10 days ahead). After that, each 28-day period is charged at its start, and the rental renews until you ask for pickup. Ask in your account or by phone, with 7 days’ notice; billing runs to the pickup day you book. The first 28 days are always billed in full; after that, a last part-period is charged by the day. That’s the 28-day rental: a short job or event is quoted for its dates. Paying by check can be arranged with our office.
Can I rent for just a few days or weeks?
Yes. Anything under four weeks is quoted for its dates — a long weekend of work, a one-week job, a plant shutdown — instead of the 28-day rate. Ask for a quote and it’s back within 24 hours. A weekend in the middle changes nothing: the unit stays put, and your quote says which days we come.
Do you do events?
Yes: weddings, festivals, street fairs, markets, film and production days, private parties and company events. Tell us the dates and roughly how many people, and we quote the whole thing within 24 hours: the units, service for the event, and delivery and pickup. Weekend events are delivered on the Friday and collected on the Monday; a Saturday delivery is +$95, and the truck doesn’t run on Sundays.
What does weekly service include?
Every visit: waste removed, tank recharged with fresh deodorizer, walls and floor washed down, paper, soap and sanitizer restocked, latch, vent and level checked. The driver photographs the finished unit, and it’s usually in your account before the driver leaves the site. A handwash station rented with a restroom is serviced on the same visits at no extra charge. Busy sites can have service twice or three times a week.
How many units do I need?
For a work site, Cal/OSHA’s rules (8 CCR §1526 and §1527) set the minimum; we’ll spec your restroom and handwash count at no charge, and the calculator below is a planning guide. For an event, tell us the head count and the hours and we size it.
Will my price go up?
Once a year at most. On each rental’s anniversary, the unit and extra-service rates go up 3%, rounded to the dollar, and we email you 30 days before. Delivery, lock brackets, site-access charges and fees don’t change, and the waiver stays 6%. No fuel, environmental, energy, compliance or admin fees, ever. Founding units stay at $219.
What does the damage waiver cover?
Vandalism, graffiti and accidental damage. It doesn’t cover theft or loss: a unit destroyed or not returned is $950. The waiver is 6% of the rental and service charges on each 28-day bill, not of delivery or fees, and it comes off when you email us a certificate of insurance that shows rented-equipment coverage.
Can you come on a Saturday or after hours?
Yes. A Saturday delivery, pickup or service visit is $95 extra per visit, and we show it before you book. A visit outside our weekday hours of 6am to 6pm is the same $95; ask us, and we confirm the visit and the charge before we come. The truck doesn’t run on Sundays or on our holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, and Christmas.
Do you have ADA-accessible units?
Quoted for longer contracts. Not stocked at launch.
Do I need a permit?
On private property, no. If a unit has to sit on the street or sidewalk, the city requires an encroachment permit — say so when you book and we’ll tell you what to file. Where the unit goes is your call, and the permit is yours to get.
What is the founding rate?
For accounts we invite, standard units are $199 for their first three 28-day cycles, then $219 for as long as the unit stays on rent. It’s limited to 10 units in all, given in the order they’re booked, and marked on your account.
